Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 10–18 business days within Austria and the wider EU. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do your products ship from?

Our products ship from trusted international manufacturing partners. Most items are fulfilled from Asia, with select products shipping from EU-based warehouses for faster delivery. The warehouse location depends on which product you ordered and which supplier currently has the best stock and speed for your region.

Do you ship across all of Europe?

Yes. FitShock ships across the EU and wider Europe. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your specific country. Austria, Germany, and neighbouring countries typically see the fastest delivery windows.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over €50. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

Will I be charged import fees or customs duties?

For orders shipping from outside the EU, import VAT and customs handling fees may apply. These are charged separately by your local courier upon delivery and are not included in your order total at checkout. This is standard for international e-commerce orders entering the EU. If your item ships from an EU warehouse, no additional customs charges will apply.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive the dispatch email — this is normal and simply reflects the time it takes carriers to scan your package into their system.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at info@fitshock.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement — no complicated forms, no runaround.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us at info@fitshock.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make the change before it's processed for dispatch. Once an order has entered the fulfilment stage, we're unable to cancel or modify it — but our return policy still applies once you receive it.

Products & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. All transactions are processed securely and billed in Euros (€). Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Are your products safe and quality-tested?

Yes. Every product in our catalogue is sourced from verified manufacturing partners with a track record of quality and reliability. We review supplier ratings, customer feedback, and product specifications before listing anything on FitShock — if we wouldn't use it ourselves, it doesn't make the cut.

How do I know which size to order for compression sleeves or weighted vests?

Each product page includes a sizing guide in the variant selector. For compression sleeves, S/M suits most people up to 80kg and L/XL suits those above. For weighted vests, we recommend starting with the lighter weight range if you're new to weighted training and progressing from there. If you're unsure, email us before ordering and we'll guide you to the right choice.
